Question 2: How much does shipping cost?

Answer:

Standard shipping to the United States is free on all orders – no minimum order value. All U.S. orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so no duties or import fees are due upon delivery.

Answer:

Warmwoll is an online business based in Munich, Germany, offering a curated selection of premium bedding and blankets with delivery to the United States.

Question 4: What if I receive a defective product?

Answer:

If a defective or damaged item arrives, we will replace it or refund it at no additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible – ideally within 7 days of delivery – and include the order number and a photo of the issue.

Yes. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.

Question 6: What is the return policy?

Answer:

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Answer:

Once a return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days; the time until the credit appears depends on the bank or payment provider.
